What is Ballet for everyone?

As the name indicates it, these Work-outs are accessible to everyone. This is a new and unique way to stay and/or become fit and healthy. You do not need any experience or previous training to attend the classes. The classes are friendly and intimate and will give you a complete body work out. Basic These classes are made for students with 0 experience in Ballet. Students who are looking to learn the Basics of Ballet such as the arms positions, legs placement, introduction to Ballet Steps.It is a slow and detailed class perfect for very beginners


These classes take place on:

  • MONDAYS: 19.00 in med&motion
  • TUESDAYS: 19.30 in BFE Seefeld
  • WEDNESDAYS: 18.00 in BFE Seefeld
  • FRIDAYS: 9.30 and 12.15 in BFE Seefeld

Ballet These classes are made for students who already know a little bit from the basics or have a knowledge in other dances or sports (jazz, modern, tango, ice skating, yoga, etc.) These classes are made accessible to everyone who is willing to dance, improve their coordination, flexibility etc. It is a fun and dancing classical ballet class


These classes take place on:

  • MONDAYS: 9.30, 12.15, 18.00 in BFE Seefeld
  • TUESDAYS: 17.30 in BFE Seefeld
  • WEDNESDAYS: 9.30 in BFE Seefeld
  • THURSDAYS: 12.15 in med&motion, 19.00 in BFE Seefeld
  • SATURDAYS: 11.00 in BFE Seefeld

Barre Workout This is a Ballet Fitness Workout. The Barre Workout is accessible to everyone. No need of any ballet experience to attend these classes
- 15 minutes of Matt work
- 40 minutes of Barre (exercises concentrating on the legs and posture)
- 5 minutes of Stretching at the end of each classes

Ballet Advanced Classical ballet with barre and center made for intermediate and advanced to learn new technical steps and combinations pirouettes, diagonale, manege etc.


These classes take place on:

  • TUESDAYS: 18.30 in BFE Seefeld

Basic Learning variations from the Ballet Repertoire, variations of the Princess Aurora in Sleeping Beauty, variation of the White Swan in Swan Lake, etc.


These classes take place on:

  • WEDNESDAYS: 12.15 in BFE Seefeld

Body Mat work using pilates and stretching exercises to strengthen the muscles and improve the flexibility


These classes take place on:

  • SATURDAYS: 12.00 in BFE Seefeld

Pilates A brillant workout focusing on improving deep coe strength, endurance and control. Exercises are selected to challenge mobility and stabilisation through the core stretching and toning all muscles groups

Little Ballerinas Little Ballerinas at Ballet for Everyone
Age 3 to 5 years old
Every Wednesday, We will give your child the chance to dance, gain confidence and shine in a fun and caring atmosphere


These classes take place on:

  • When: Wednesday 14.30 – 15.15
  • Where: BFE Seefeld (Wiesenstrasse 11 – 8008 Zürich)
  • Age: 3 to 5 years old

Boot A group of physical training conducted in a fun and sporty atmosphere designed to build strength ad fitness through a variety of intense group intervals over 1 hour period of time
