In this Ballet Workout your baby will be in your baby carrier.
These classes offer a unique opportunity for new mothers to enjoy a ballet workout for themselves and connect with their babies through dance at the same time.
As you do your pliés, chassés and relevés, you’ll not only get a wonderful workout but also strengthen your bond with your baby enjoying the movement and music.

What to wear: Soft ballet shoes are highly recommended for the first time, socks are also fine.
Ladies: Leotard and tights or legging and T-shirt
A Ballet Together dance class is a ballet based routine class for toddlers and parents dancing together. It is a wonderful way to bond with your child and a great change from the usual home routines. It develops your child’s motor skills, musicality, coordination, grace and so much more. These classes are taught in German and English
What to wear
Parent: Legging, t-shirt, ballet or gymnastic shoes
Child: Same or Ballet outfits are also welcome

In our Little Ballerinas classes we will give your child the opportunity to dance, gain confidence and shine in a fun and caring atmosphere. With our wonderful team and teachers from Ballet for everyone, these ballet classes will improve your child’s coordination, flexibility, grace, discipline, creativity, self-confidence, musicality, posture and so much more. The classes are taught in German and English. Parents are asked to leave the ballet studio during the course to allow the kids to focus on the lesson.
What to wear for Little Ballerinas 1&2
Girls: pink leotard, pink skirt, pink socks or tights, pink leather shoes, hair tied up in a ballet bun.
Boys: Black legging, white tee-shirt, white socks, white ballet shoes.
